This kit comprises of the ultra reliable, Australian built Christie Post Driver along with their proven sampling tube system, and a simple foot jack also designed in house by Christie Engineering.
The whole kit can be carried to remote locations or sites where access for heavy equipment is restricted. It is capable of driving to depths of 1.5m in hard soils and deeper in soft ground with optional tooling.

The Christie Post Driver was developed by Christie Engineering to suit the harsh Australasian environment. Weighing 15.5kg for the CHPD78, it's lightweight and portable but still able to drive posts as swiftly as much larger and heavier hydraulic and pneumatic tools.
The high impact hammer action of 1720BPM will drive steel Y posts into the hardest ground in a matter of seconds and the portable design allows operators to move along a fence line with ease. The driver uses an efficient Honda GX35 4-stroke motor to give the best service life possible. Several hundred thousand machines sold and proven worldwide.
